Her experience includes more than 15 years in the areas of Real Estate Law, Incorporation of Companies and Corporate Law, Immigration Procedures and Intellectual Property in the pharmaceutical area, Banking Law, Verification of the admissibility of real estate guarantees, Follow up on the demarcation of foreclosed assets, Handling of litigation on registered rights, Due diligence to real estate to be acquired by the bank, Formalization of low cost housing and verification of projects covered by CONFOTUR and also is specialized in Senior Management.
She has a Law Degree, Summa Cum Laude, graduated from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.

Admissibility of the fiduciary guarantee by the banking institutions: Raising of the necessary requirements for the admissibility of the guarantee with regards to the law 189-11 and the REA (Assets Evaluation Regulation), drafting of all the documentation of place and Analysis of abbreviated process of adjudication.
Bill of Law of Movable Guarantees: Analysis of the feasibility of movable guarantees for banking institutions.
Land Ownership Regularization of Real Estate Portfolio of Banco Popular: Nationwide survey of all real estate owned by Banco Popular Dominicano, identifying any situation of right and possession of these.
Low Cost Housing – Ciudad Juan Bosch Project: Survey and appraisal of the real estate, verification of the plans and approvals before the Land Registry, preparation of long-term contracts, preparation of trust guarantee documents given by Fiduciaria Banreservas and tax analysis for the process of the Housing Bond and Zero Transfer.
