He has served as legal counsel in high-profile cases involving complex and economic
criminality, establishing himself as a leading figure in corporate criminal law in the
Dominican Republic.

Francisco is an attorney who graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad
Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD). He holds a Master’s degree in Corporate
Business Law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra (PUCMM) and a
Master’s in Business Law from the International Center for Financial Training (CIFF) at
the University of Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain. He also holds a postgraduate
degree in Banking, Commercial, and Financial Contracting.

His academic background includes specialized training in Asset Forfeiture, Money
Laundering, and Organized Crime at the Universidad de la Gran Colombia, as well as a
specialization in Oral Litigation from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and in
Evidence and Adversarial Criminal Litigation from the Latin American Bar Association
in New York, USA.

He is a national and international speaker on topics related to economic criminal law
and has built a solid professional background in the financial and banking sectors. He
serves as a sworn arbitrator of the Conciliation Council of the Chamber of Commerce
and Production of Santo Domingo.
