Biography
SCAN EHS Compliance Manager and responsible for regulatory update reports.
She has a Law Degree (Summa Cum Laude) and a master’s degree in Administrative Law and Economic Regulation from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra.
Her experience focuses on the field of development and operation authorizations for projects, analysis of regulations in the tourism, industrial and environmental sectors, immigration law, management of Scan EHS platform, legal compliance audits, advice on tax exemption processes before CONFOTUR, among others.
Additionally, she has participated in various diploma courses and seminars given by the Universidad del Dominico-Americano, Bureau Veritas, Instituto Superior de Medio Ambiente in Madrid and the Inter-American Institute for Economic and Social Development of the Inter-American Development Bank (INDES), in matters as environmental audit, internal auditor ISO-14001, Biodiversity in Environmental Impact Studies, Transportation of Dangerous Substances ADR, among others.
Her co-curricular activities include her years as vice-president of research and publications within the International Law Students Association Chapter-PUCMM. In addition, she is a member of several organizations, such as, Cátedra UASD-UNESCO, COLADIC-RD and the Educational Leadership Program of the Ministry of Education.
